Dear Planning team I know that this application is coming to the committee on Thursday, however I’ve been unable to find the request for a response from councillors in my inbox. I assume this is because I am not a ward councillor, even though I am a Kidlington East Councillor and my ward will be affected. In any event I attach a response from me and would be grateful if you could include this on the portal.
