Inquiry will open at 10.00am on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at The Council Chamber, Cherwell District Council, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD Interested parties may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views. If you have not already, you should register to speak before attending by contacting the Planning Inspectorate at: crownapplications@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or if you are unable to email, please call us at 0303 444 5000.
