Based on our review of the updated transport information provided by the applicant’s consultants, and our local knowledge of the SRN in the vicinity of the proposed development, we are satisfied that the development will not materially affect the safety, reliability and/or operation of the strategic road network in this location and its vicinity. I can confirm that National Highways has no objection to the application.
