I represent NH Spatial Planning whom I am advising on this matter. I refer to the wording of the Universal Undertaking (‘UU’). National Highways is not a party to the UU but DfT have confirmed to NH that they have corresponded with KCC and they are satisfied with the wording of the UU. I can now confirm NH has no further comment on the wording of the UU.
