This development has been significantly altered from the original plan without any consultation with Local Council or residents. Local infrastructure cannot support an institution of this size without significant impact to residents. The whole process is at odds with Open Government. Impact on the community has not been fully and risk assessed. Little or nothing has been communicated to residents about the management and day to day operations of the site.
