I am against this proposal. Haslar immigration centre is right in the middle of residential areas and heavily visited areas, too increase the height and population would be very detrimental to the area. It would alter the safety feeling of such a small town , just by the nature of feeling of threat . It would alter the look of the immediate area , be over imposing . Gosport and Haslar waterfront is a historic naval area , people take pride in this history , to impose this extra plan on the area feels like a kick in the face to all those who have served and been killed or injured in their service to our country. This is the wrong site to increase in size and population.
