The buildings will be almost 14m high, overlooking small residential homes, with 600 men and 414 staff all creating noise throughout the night just 60 metres away from homes. The local roads will be swamped with staff cars with shift changeovers in the early hours of the morning 7 days a week. Only 259 parking spaces for 414 staff! The plans are so heavily redacted, they are impossible to fathom and yet the contact provided, refuses to answer questions. It simply is NOT good enough. This is a residential area and is not suitable for a development of this scale and type. Local people are now prisoners in their own homes as unable to sell and unable to live.
