Regularly cycle in the Haslar area to get to Portsmouth from Lee on the Solent The access roads are narrow, this is in a residential area, bringing in and taking out this number of detainees with the increased number of staff to manage the centre will have a negative impact on the roads in the area Unless it has own health care staff and centre this many people requiring healthcare will impact on Queen Alexandra hospital which can’t cope with existing population
