My property ████████████████████ and I can see directly on to it from my upper floor. While I am not opposed to the re opening of the site I am opposed to the proposed 3 storey accommodation blocks. The visual impact of these buildings will be detrimental to the character of the area and to the value of my property. I am most concerned about the significant increase in traffic due to the huge increase in capacity which is likely to result in increased noise, congestion and delays to emergency vehicles. I was not shown plans for 3 storey buildings and strongly oppose such plans.
