I object to the proposed development for the following reasons: 1. The health assessment fails to adequately describe how the current NHS services in Gosport, already stretched, will not be adversely impacted by the increased centre population of 600 inmates in phase 2. 2. The transport assessment fails to describe how the local, constricted road network (Fort Road, Clayhall Road, Haslar Road with its controlled one-way 'pneumonia' bridge) will cope with additional heavy traffic both during construction and afterwards. I wish to attend a hearing if one is scheduled.
