I am concerned about these plans, the height proposed of the buildings and how it will impact my view which right now I can see the Isle of Wight, and afterwards I will not. This seems very unfair. I am concerned about how it will impact on the value of my apartment and my ability to sell. I am very concerned about the impact on traffic. Gosport already has a huge traffic problem particularly in rush hour. There are already big plans in pace to develop Haslar and Fort Blockhouse and the local roads just will not cope. I am concerned about the impact on the local health economy like GPs and hospitals which are already at breaking point. I am also concerned about whether the IRC will be used to house people on bail (who may have criminal histories) who may be able to freely come and go, and what this means for the safety and sense of wellbeing for elderly residents living at Haslar
