I accept the necessity of the facility. However I consider that, given the residential area, it is proportionate to ensure that there is sufficient parking available on site for all staff and visitors to both enable efficient operation of the site but also ongoing good community relationships. A lack of parking is likely to be a friction point with residents, will erode goodwill, and potentially cause staffing difficulties for the site. Given there is ample space available to ensure appropriate parking, proper investment in space would seem to be a good investment.
