The size of the structure,not fair on local residents. Ho many people will it hold and will they be male female and children? Will it house people that have been in prison for sexual or violent crimes ? What company will be in charge of security. Will these persons be confined and not free to leave the unit ? Is there a guarantee that it will never become an open facility.
