The scale of the proposed expansion will have a negative impact on the local area and completely dominate this end of Alverstoke. The infrastructure in terms of roads will not be able to cope with the new level of staff/ visitors etc. there is also nowhere to put sufficient parking and we are already as an area feeling the effects of the trades people who are working on sites they new plans are being bulldozersed in with no concern for local people. Having 3 story building means it will tower over the neighbours and impact right to privacy.
