The whole of the Haslar peninsula is planned for development, Haslar hospital, housing on ex MOD land, the future development of Fort Blickhouse. The IRC upper level extension, will take away the privacy of all the local residents. Already we are seeing a drop in the value of properties surrounding the IRC, with some residents unable to sell, because of the IRC. I strongly object to the expansion of IRC, as I feel if this is allowed, it opens the doors for future development on that site.
