My concern is regarding the potential impact that this could have on local residents and the surrounding area if any changes occur in the future and people held within the centre are allowed to come and go. This includes situations where people may be released on bail. This is likely to have security implications for nearby residents, as well as potential issues regarding traffic and noise depending on hours at which arrivals and departures take place.
