I would like the home office to confirm that once detainees are within HASLAR they are not allowed access to the local community ? On day trips even further into other communities ? What is the planning for transport movement in and around the site, fort road is particularly difficult to get in and out of especially during rush hours as there is a school and college approx 1 mile away, staff will have to travel in for shift changes and detainees being moved by transport at all different times of the day and night ? Will the detainees be in this facility once there immigration status is refused and removal is actioned or will they be waiting for long periods once solicitors try blocking there removal from the UK. You say foreign criminals waiting for removal what is the most serious of crimes you would allow at the site, ie will rapists drug dealers, murders will they be housed at this facility?
