It's a disgusting overdevelopment on a site with poor vehicular access, there are many other reasons I call this an overdevelopment which I will gladly voice in person or publicly. For the moment until this happens I have no faith in the supposed democracy that we currently are accused of being part of. Prove me wrong and call me out, I will be prepared to front my claim successfully to those who still defend democracy truly. Yes I would be glad to attend a "democratic" hearing where every voice can have the opportunity to be honestly heard. Regards, Benjamin Searle
