I strongly object to this application. There is no precedent for an IRC of this size being in this close proximity to a residential area. The infrastructure is not in place and the size and height would not in keeping with the area and the surrounding houses. It will be too high and have a massive negative impact on the surrounding houses and people, with the noise that will accompany housing so many people, devaluing these homes. There has been no thought for the neighbouring properties. This is not an appropriate site for so many people and must not be allowed.
