Immigration bail is the most common reason for individuals leaving the centers. It's a fact and has been published on the government website. In all the application phases that iv seen this has not been thought about. Houses are literally next door and opposite the site and given the government's initiative to tackle crimes again women and girls this seems to be massively overlooked and is going to make the area incredibly unsafe. No where in the original planning application did it say the buildings would be three stores 2 is bad enough! These building will also be taller then the current local houses!! With the increase in numbers this planning application is putting local women and girls at even higher risk. Not to mention the amount of elderly people living near by. If someone gets let out or there is a mass riot local people will stand no chance against these criminals and deaths as a result will be on the approvers hands. Please think about the local people next door, this isnt safe. Im not apposed to the application of 2 stories as I understand its needed but 3 is way too high. Proper parking for staff needs to be thought about as the current parking situation isnt great, residents of █████████████ have already seen an increase in accidents at its junction and thats even before its open. When its open it will be 24/7 all year round and this issue needs ro be addressed. Instead of 4 new blocks maybe 3 as one can be used as parking!!! I would also encourage anyone thinking this is a good idea to go ahead to come live with a resident for a prolonged period to understand all the issues.
