This is an extensive expansion on the original planned capacity. We are a small town which is already stretched in terms of infrastructure. There is limited access to the site along residential roads. It is unacceptable to put extra pressure on the town. Local residents will be facing many more years of construction disruption and property values will be affected due to the drop in desirability.
