It’s concerning the amount of people expected to be accommodated at this facility. There has been no explanation on what would happen if the countries they are being returned too refuses for them. Criminals who have no right to be allowed in the UK, can not be housed in this facility indefinitely which could mean they will be allowed to roam freely across our local town which has already seen an increase in sexual assault cases, home break ins, ABH and assault cases. We can not allow 600 criminals to housed in our local area without clear guidelines of how they will be returned to their country, what happens if the country refuses, how security looks like and what stops them roaming our town freely. Without all of these very clear guidelines, I can not support this.
