I object to the proposal. I am a resident of Fort Road. There has been very little consultation with the residents. The development seems to be getting bigger and bigger all the time. Originally we were told it was just developing the original buildings, than came phase two where we were told any new buildings would not be more than two storeys and would not invade anyone's privacy. It's now moved to three storeys. A once quiet road has seen increased levels of traffic which will only continue to increase as the development continues and then eventually opens, due to people working and visiting the site. The development has so far wiped at least 10% off the value of my home, and all the others in the road, with the value dropping all the time. I would attend a hearing of one was scheduled.
