This IRC upscaling is deplorable, there was no consultation process with local residents, some of which live only 50 feet away. This will become a three story, highly illuminated, fenced off ███████████. (Imagine you living feet away from a prison holding █████████████████). Gosport is a very small peninsular town, and this IRC is going to become the largest institution in Europe. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for all local residents who are already unable to sell their properties and will soon be prisoners in their own homes.
