The plans for the new site are completely impractical for the area it is situated. The transport links cannot sensibly support it. It’s in an already well established residential area and next to a conservation site. Local residents are already seeing the impact and house prices are being driven down or owners unable to sell. There has been no consultation for the new plans and clearly no practical evaluation on how this centre can operate in the location.
