With regard to the Haslar Immigration Removal Centre plans that we, as residence have not been consulted on. I live one road away from the IRC, and deeply concerned particularly about the prospect of immigration bail and lack of information as to where these people will be released to? The thought of them wandering near my home terrifies me. The prospect of more and more vehicles and traffic on our formerly quiet narrow roads has an impact on me, every day I am having to stop my vehicle, pull over to let a larger vehicle pass and this will only get worse as will the noise. We already struggle to speak to, let alone see a GP or heath care professional, how will hundreds more living locally impact on this? The fact that you have heavily redacted many parts of your plans leads me to be highly suspicious of WHY WOULD YOU? WHAT ARE YOU HIDING FROM US? I would want to attend a hearing, of course I would.
