The way that this is being pushed through outside of locally planning is wrong, deceptive and should not be allowed The plans have not considered the impact on local services, property price and infrastructure Gosport has always had a challenging road system and the increased scale of the development hs the potential to choke the road network. The development will mean that existing residential properties will I’ll be overlooked and will cause a reduction in property values This needs to be submitted via the correct local authority planning channels with residents being consulted rather than bulldozed through using a less than open method
