I wish to object to Crown/2026/0000005 on several grounds. 1) Changes to the plan from that originally proposed, which now includes 3 story buildings as opposed to the two story buildings that were in the original plan. This is unsuitable and not in keeping with the area. 2) Staff parking, much as a staff car park has recently been provided, the current contractors still use on road parking. Using the staffing figures published by the government this will only become worse. (Even if it were a condition of employment the current car park has insufficient spaces for the proposed work force) . Meaning, severe issues in the roads surrounding the proposed development. Currently, many locals have difficulty accessing their own drives. Access for emergency vehicle access is also impacted by on street parking. 3) Provision of routine and emergency medical facilities. The plan has no on site provision for emergency care. The closest hospital can be 45 minutes away under blue light conditions. The local GP practices can not offer appointment to tax paying local residents, so presumably would not be able to provide any cover for this development. (Unless it was at the expense of services to the local community). 4) It is unclear as to inmates freedom to leave the detention centre, the current plan includes provision for bail releases which is likely to lead to detainees ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ having freedom to roam when the purpose for their incarceration is to remove there ability to 'disappear' prior to deportation. 5) 24 hour a day access, this is a residential area when vehicle movement 24 hours a day are unsuitable.
