I am opposed to the opening and proposed expansion. I think in general having a state that cares heavily on the detention of civilians, and not so much on helping others, is bad. What's happening in the US should be a warning of what not to do. Also the centre hasn't even reopened yet and plans are being made to expand it's capacity? Has any real research gone into investigating any of the myriad of saftey concerns? In good conscience none of this should go ahead
