I strongly object the proposed Plan for the IRC!. To quadruple the existing site is outrageous! There has been no consultation with residents in the local and surrounding areas and information has been withheld. Logistics have also been overlooked!! This site is at the end of a tight Double Peninsula in the bottom of Gosport where road connectivity is very restricted and means traffic heading to and from Gosport is already often at a standstill. The proposed plan would exacerbate this problem! And the roads next to the site are small residential roads How can a proposal like this bypass planning permission / consultation/people being able to have their say !! ?? There has been absolutely no consideration for residents that are living adjacent to this site and the impact is massive on them. Noisy, dusty, unsightly and disruptive construction and being overlooked! It is negligent to not consider that this detrimental to their health.!!
