The proposed accomodation blocks in phase 2 of the develop being 3 stories is significantly different to the original proposals as shared with residents at previous consultation information events. They will be higher than the original buildings of the previous IRC and are being built in an area which was not previously developed. The height of the proposed accomodation blocks I feel will be detrimental to residents whose properties are beside and opposite and will dominate the area.
