I am a single woman living very very close to this development. I have owned my house 10 years. I walk my dog twice a day and very concerned about my safety especially after dark in the winter.I am also concerned I may not be safe in my house alone over night. Clayhall road, fort road and Haslar bridge are the only routes to the site. All do not have the ability to support all the vehicles that will be needed in and out of the site. Also very concerned for the safety of the local children aswell as woman and peoples property with potential bail
