As residents we were shown plans for this development, which have altered drastically. The planning decision has now been taken away from a local level and will be dealt with centrally. This is underhand and not acceptable, considering the drastic changes that have been made. When plans etc have been requested, these have been shown with redactions, suggesting further underhand tactics. The plans affect multiple residents from not only a privacy point of view, but also a logistics point of view. Totally unacceptable. This needs to be a local decision.
