Thank you for consulting the Environment Agency. This is our response to your consultation CROWN/2026/0000003. Following a review of the submitted documents, in line with our remit set out in the Town and Country Planning Act, we have no comments on the works proposed by this application. I can confirm that the applicant has been working with our specialist teams regarding matters covered by the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
