Application No: CROWN/2026/0000003 Site address: Grenfell Tower, Grenfell Road, North Kensington, London, W11 1TQ Proposal: The works to take down Grenfell Tower Thank you for your consultation. I can confirm that the Grenfell Tower project team have been in communication with TfL Infrastructure Protection (IP) engineers in relation to the project. Our engineers have reviewed and accepted the Ground Movement Assessment (GMA) and Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), including details on the propping and monitoring regimes, submitted for the project. In principle, we have NO objection to this application provided the applicant continues to engage with TfL IP Engineers to mitigate the risk to TfL assets as the works progress. The applicant should continue to send the daily monitoring notifications to TfL IP engineers who will also liaise with the project team to assist with completion of the works.
